Grove Creek/Timpanogos Stakes Family History Fair

Here is the schedule for the Grove Creek/Timpanogos Stakes Family History Fair to be held on March 22, 2014 in the Pleasant Grove Grove Creek Stake Center. We welcome all who would like to attend. We have a great schedule, will be providing a light lunch to class attendees and have a YOUTH TRACK scheduled as well. If you are local, please pass the word along!

Tuesday Night Classes at the Grove Creek Family History Center

Here is the list of Tuesday night classes scheduled to be presented at the  Grove Creek Family History Center in April, May, and June. We hope that there is something that will add to your family history endeavors! A reminder that classes are from 7-8 pm. followed by a hands-on lab from 8-9 pm. All are invited!

The Grove Creek Stake is offering Family History Classes on Tuesday nights from 7-9 pm. The first hour will be a class and the 8-9 pm hour will be the opportunity for a hands-on lab. The schedule for March is listed below. All levels of family history interest are invited and welcome!

Thursday Night Classes

We are happy to announce that the Grove Creek Family History Center will be hosting classes on Thursday nights. The schedule is outlined below. The classes are taught by family history consultants from the Timpanogos 3rd Ward, but any and all are invited.

I Lied! :)

I forgot that I needed to report that our Grove Creek Family History Center has the Family History Library edition of Ancestry.com. I had reported that it was the Library Edition, but I checked it today and the title page says "Family History Library Edition." For those of you who want to know the difference, please go to the Ancestry Insider Blog (22 February 2011)  for an explanation! Woo Hoo! Is that a word? Anyway, lets get crackin'! We have all heard many moans and groans from patrons that have missed Ancestry.com in the family history center. Now is the time to bring them all back! Please announce or put this in your ward bulletin so that ward members are aware of this change. For those of you who aren't family consultants, we'd love to see you in the Grove Creek FHC.
